They have been responsible for overseeing the development and production of more than 100 pictures with successful releases, that have generated in excess of $4 billion in worldwide box office receipts, in addition to numerous Academy Award and other international honors.
CLAY AYERS - PARTNER
A distinct voice in the film industry, Clay Ayers is known for his highly refined and iconoclastic sense of story and structure. Ayers provides the creative vision and demonstrated ability to identify where a script thrives and where it falls short - skills crucial to selecting projects resulting in critical acclaim and box office success.
An accomplished screenwriter himself, Ayers is especially adept at establishing strong, working relationships with writers, a skill he honed during his tenure at A Band Apart, legendary producer Lawrence Bender's development and production company (Good Will Hunting).
Among Ayers' screenwriting credits is the No. 1 box-office thriller from Universal Studios, The Watcher, starring Keanu Reeves, James Spader, and Marisa Tomei; and four consecutive feature projects with Lawrence Bender, A Band Apart and Miramax.
DEBORAH MOORE - PARTNER / PRESIDENT, PRODUCTION
Deborah Moore is fluent in the languages of both business and creative development. With a proven ability to shepherd highly successful projects, from urban pictures to mainstream comedies, she is regarded as one of the best executives in the business.
She began her studio career almost 20 years ago with New Line Cinema, creating a new production division focused on mainstream content to compete with the major US studios. 9 years later, the humble production division she helped forge had become a powerhouse in the film industry. As Executive Vice President of Production, she was instrumental in the company's meteoric rise as one of the largest and most successful independent production companies of the 80's and 90's.
Moore successfully helped bring to fruition more than 50 films during her nine-year sting with the company. Projects ran the gamut from urban dramas such as Above the Rim, starring Tupac Shakur, to mainstream comedies such as The Mask, starring Cameron Diaz and Jim Carrey, and Don Juan de Marco, starring Johnny Depp and Marlon Brando. She is also credited with overseeing many of the company's successful franchises, such as Nightmare of Elm Street, Critters, House Party, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
DANE LILLEGARD - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
Dane Lillegard brings the voice and energy of today's new generation of filmmaking to the screen. With a keen sense for production oversight and proven creative instincts for identifying golden material, he is an invaluable asset to the IPE team.
Lillegard oversees day-to-day operations at Inner Primary Entertainment, in addition to supervising development and physical production for the company. Under IPE's Global Initiative over the past year, he has developed strategic alliances with financial institutions, production personnel, and international governments, bringing IPE into relationships with some of the globes most influential filmmakers and political figures. This adds to his already vast network of strategic alliances with industry toppers, studios, personnel, crew, talent, and vendors across the globe.
He has worked in physical production for a number of the industries top production companies and directors in the commercial sector, as well as produced award-winning content himself. His fresh perspective and open mind to the future of the entertainment industry and ever-changing economy, keeps IPE on the cutting edge.
