COMPANY PROFILE
Inner Primary Entertainment, LLC is a hybrid Executive Producing entity, built for a shifting climate of motion picture equity investment, with three primary goals:
1) Select marketable, studio-level motion pictures with the strongest package possible.
2) Be the ultimate investor’s advocate.
3) Capitalize on a shifting economy and developing technological world, creating a unique paradigm for motion picture investment.
Our goals are met with the creativity and strength of three primary divisions: DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION and FINANCE. The symphony of these three elements, allow the company to consistently represent and produce anticipated, meaningful, and profitable motion pictures.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
Unfortunately in the past, the motion picture business is plagued by a mixed investment reputation.
The simple truth is, while motion picture investment poses some risk, a properly structured opportunity will yield profitable success.
Motion picture revenue has never been higher, the cost of producing a quality film has never been lower, and there exists today, the largest need for viable product to fill distribution pipelines in the history of the business...our philosophy is that the time is now, and we can help.
COMPANY MANDATE
To ensure a project’s marketability and financial success, the packages accepted typically include the following elements:
1) A screenplay.
2) Director, Producer or major Actor attached to the material.
3) Clear proof of option or ownership of the project.
Our team supplements each package with the elements and expertise required to make a sound investment decision.
BUSINESS STRATEGY
IPE is geared toward serving its investors. From script to screen, and beyond, our ultimate strategy is to make motion picture investment as straight forward and rewarding as possible. Furthermore, we take out the guesswork by using proven financial tools and comparison models, coupled with years of established background in creative development and film production, allowing our investors to make sound decisions in a transparent environment.
We encourage the education of our investors. We work in competitive timelines, maximizing the potential release window of a project, thereby raising the investor’s profits. Our team scrutinizes hundreds of submissions prior to selecting those packages that are “investment ready.”
We target projects that will perform across all five revenue streams and are in-demand of major distributors. Because the studios have ceased “low” budget ($10-40MM) production internally, our company can access these real gems that would otherwise not be available.
International appeal is crucial to success, as the global market continues to dominate and fuel theatrical box-office revenue. We provide packages that can perform on a global level.
We utilize our 50+ years of industry experience and relationships with studios, distributors, agents, managers, attorneys, publicists, etc. boosting our ability to provide the strongest possible products.
Our investment strategy is rooted in proven models, but flexible and adaptable, given the current status of the economy. We break the mold. We are at the forefront of new investment opportunity.
INVESTMENT SECURITY & RISK
We assess each project’s risk and mitigate it to the lowest levels prior to releaseing the package to investors. While there is never a 100% guarantee of recoupment, all our projects contain an element of certainty for investors. These" certain elements" may include but are not limited to, a guaranteed tax rebate from a particular shooting location (sometimes $1-3MM, a month after shooting), a foreign sales commitment (we begin to lock the contracts prior to shooting), a domestic distribution deal (often locked prior to shooting), or with a host of other options available to IPE based on the project’s criteria.
